On project day, our crew arrives and immediately sets up protection for your home. We use heavy-duty tarps and wooden sheets to safeguard your property, and our rubber-tired dumpsters prevent damage to your driveway. Your landscaping, windows, and siding remain protected throughout the project.
Your roof is installed by certified Master Shingle Applicators according to manufacturer specifications. We work section by section to ensure your home remains protected from the elements. Unlike competitors, we never use subcontractors—only trained Bob Schmidt employees work on your roof.
Once installation is complete, we conduct a meticulous cleanup. Our magnetic sweepers collect even the smallest metal debris that visual inspections might miss, remove all waste, and ensure your property looks exactly as we found it—or better.
